Warranty Coverage
1. Valid Products : The warranty is valid for all mobile cases except transparent cases and glass glossy metal cases.
2. Replacement Validity : The replacement is valid only within 30 days of purchase.
Replacement Process
If your mobile case is damaged or you experience any quality issues within the warranty period, follow these steps:
1. Submit Proof :
Record a clear video highlighting the issue with the mobile case.
Send the video to us for verification.
2. Verification Process :
If the information provided in the video is correct, your replacement request will be approved.
If further inspection is required, you may need to send the mobile case to us. Once received, we will evaluate the issue.
3. Replacement Approval :
Upon approval, you will receive a new mobile case within 7 to 10 days.
